selecting your homesite, you then select a home
from 35 different floor plans ranging from 960
to over 2,000 square feet. Most of these models
are three bedroom, two full bath designs. The
price of your home will range from approximately
$45,000 to $85,000, depending on its size and
on the options you choose. Typically, square foot
costs of manufactured homes will be about half
of the cost of site-built housing. Your manufactured
home is truly an outstanding value for a quality
product.
As
of May 1, 2002 Troy Oaks Homes has no available
homesites, but the possibility of an expansion
will be decided during the 2002 calendar year.
